1. Refund Policy
At SoccerLeads, we aim to provide top-notch digital marketing services for your soccer academy's growth. However, if you’re dissatisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable if SoccerLeads fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the signed agreement.
- Requesting a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 14 days of identifying the issue.
- Non-Refundable Services: Ad spend, setup fees, and completed services are non-refundable.
- Agreement Overrule: Any terms and conditions in your agreement with SoccerLeads are final and overrule this policy document.
2. Delivery Policy
SoccerLeads provides services digitally. Here’s what you can expect:
- Service Initiation: Once the agreement is signed and payment is processed, services will begin within 3-5 business days.
- Service Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines for specific services (e.g., ad campaigns, CRM setup) will be outlined during the onboarding process.
- Communication: Progress updates, reports, and completed deliverables will be shared via Slack or email.
3. Return Policy and Process
As a digital service provider, SoccerLeads does not accept returns or exchanges for completed work.
- Corrections or Revisions: If deliverables do not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will revise them to align with the project scope.
- Timeframe for Revision Requests: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.
4. Cancellation Policy
SoccerLeads operates under strict cancellation guidelines:
No Cancellation by Default: Unless explicitly stated in the signed service agreement, cancellation is not permitted for the duration of the agreement.
Early Termination Requests: If the client wishes to cancel services before the end of the agreement, no refunds will be issued for payments made, and all remaining payments for the term of the agreement will remain due.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective service delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide timely access to necessary accounts and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, website).
- Respond to communication requests within 24 business hours.
- Share accurate and up-to-date information required for campaigns and CRM setups.
